Despite attempts to flag the campaign, it perseveres with a sophisticated infrastructure utilizing social botnets and URL redirection, adapting to evade takedowns. The campaign's objectives extend beyond Facebook, with a parallel infrastructure for Russian-language propaganda, highlighting the need for collaborative efforts among platforms, civil society, and governmental agencies to combat disinformation and safeguard democratic processes against such influence campaigns
