The CERT-FR is the French government's Center for Monitoring, Alerting, and Responding to cyber attacks, providing publications like security alerts, threat and incident reports, security advisories, compromise indicators, hardening and recommendations, and news bulletins. It also networks with CSIRTs domestically and internationally, follows operational information sharing policies, and offers recruitment opportunities. The center issues security alerts on vulnerabilities in various software, threat reports analyzing cyber threats and incidents, security advisories on vulnerabilities with mitigation strategies, and compromise indicators for preventive purposes
It also provides hardening recommendations to identify and strengthen security weaknesses in information systems through operational advice.
